US HOT STOCKS: Vera Bradley, OmniVision Technologies active in end trade - Wall Street Journal

US stocks more closed lower Thursday as the Dow Jones industrial average dropped 26 points at 12393, the index standard & poor 500-stock slipping three points at 1310 and the Nasdaq Composite shed 10 points to 2827. Among the companies whose actively trade shares after hours are Vera Bradley Inc. (ARV) and OmniVision Technologies Inc. (OVTI).

First fiscal quarter of Vera Bradley gains increased by 12% as income improved, with strong gains of direct sales. Shares jumped 9.1% to $23.85 in trade that the results beat the expectations of society.
